The world famous designer John Rocha is responsible for the original design of the Morrison, which opened in 1999 with its unique "East Meets West" theme. The Morrison has recently undergone a significant expansion and refurbishment programme incorporating the hotel’s original accommodation facilities and creating a boutique style hotel with the onus on chic design. In addition to our original 90 bedrooms, we have opened a new wing of 48 bedrooms bringing the total number of rooms and suites to 138. This Dublin city centre hotel is small enough to offer a truly personable and friendly service yet big enough to remain somewhat anonomous if one has enjoyed a pint of Guinness too many in the nearby Temple Bar area. Accommodation at the Morrison is stylishly designed and superbly appointed with our guest's ultimate comfort in mind. Frette linen and the softest duvets and pillows ensure a great night sleep, all rooms are fully air conditioned, each room offers a flat screen interactive TV, a CD player or an iPod docking station, safe, mini bar, salon hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. Location:
From Dublin Airport Exit the Airport and take the M1 Motorway to the City Centre. As you approach the City continue on Dorset Street to Bolton Street, leading right onto North King Street. Turn left onto Church Street at the traffic lights. Continue down to the River Liffey and turn left just before the bridge onto the North Quays. Pass the Four Courts on your left and junctions at two bridges until you approach a foot bridge. The Hotel is situated on the corner just before the Millennium Foot Bridge. Turn left onto Swift’s Row / Jervis Street. The Morrison Hotel entrance is on your immediate left at the side of the building.
