Directions through city from main routes: From Dublin/ Waterford/ Kilkenny: On entering Cork City, watch out for sign for The Moran Silver Spring's Hotel, on dual carriageway. Go onto flyover opposite the hotel and follow road for (North Ring/Limerick). Halfway up the hill at the 1st set of traffic lights turn left. After the Garda (Police) Station take the next left. Continue up this road for approximately one and a half miles to a junction St. Luke's, (Green Kiosk). Drive straight through this junction (St. Luke's Cross) onto Wellington Road. Take second right (watch for sign) and the Ambassador Hotel is on the right. From Blarney/Limerick/Shannon Airport: On entering Cork, you will see the sign for Dublin/North Ring Road - take this road. Drive along this main route for 2 miles approx. At Ballyvolane Dunnes Stores Shopping Centre turn right following city centre signs. At 2nd junction (St. Luke's Cross) turn right onto Wellington Road. Take second right (watch for sign) and the Ambassador Hotel is on the right. From Killarney/Macroom: Follow signs for city centre & Dublin until you go over St. Patrick's Bridge (main bridge out of Cork). Follow road onto MacCurtain St. (one way system). At Traffic lights at the end of MacCurtain St. take a left turn, up Summers Hill. Take a left again at the junction, St. Luke's Cross (green kiosk) onto Wellington Road. Take second right (watch for sign) and the Ambassador Hotel is on the right. From Cork Airport/West Cork/Kinsale: Follow signs towards City centre, following signs for Dublin until you go over St. Patrick's Bridge (main bridge out of Cork).
