The hotel Helvetia & Bristol is a magnificent urban palazzo in the centre of Florence, a short walk from the Duomo. From the A1 motorway exit at Firenze Certosa and follow directions for Florence Centre (approx 7 km). When you reach Piazzale di Porta Romana, go under the arch and travel along Via Romana and Via Maggio. Cross the River Arno by the Santa Trinità Bridge and continue along Via Tornabuoni to Piazzetta Antinori (newsagent on the left). At Piazzetta Antinori turn right, then right again in Via Vecchietti, then right again in Via Strozzi. The first road on the right is Via dei Pescioni, where you will find the Hotel Helvetia & Bristol. Garage parking available for hotel guests (reservation advised).
