The common areas are distinguished overall by a play of chromatic and spatial contrasts, such as the alternation of clear and opaque or natural and technical materials, and again by the double heights in the bar-lounge and the conference rooms, and by the sudden height changes in the restaurant, often by delicate juxtapositions in the light tones of the marble and decorative materials.
