Facilities:
Hotell Muttern has 26 rooms in different sizes, 12 single rooms and 14 double rooms. And of course we have rooms that are designed for disabled persons. Hotell Muttern is a non smoking hotel. Pets are not allowed. The interior decorations in the rooms are in bright colours. Thanks to the design of the building, a hexagon, all the rooms have different shapes. Which will be your favourite room? All rooms have there own toilet and shower, cable TV and clock radio. All the guests have access to our wireless internet, free of charge. Some of the rooms have a sofa bed for up till 2 persons and several rooms have space for one extra bed. Our largest double has room for up to 5 persons. Some of the rooms are equipped with a refrigerator and one room also has a kitchenette for easy cooking. Hotell Muttern has an automatic fire alarm system installed throughout.

By car from Stockholm: ( Via E4 ) Turn of road E4 at Uppsala S ( South). Turn left in the first roundabout. Follow signs towards "Sjukhuset" (Hospital). Pass the hospital and the Castle. Turn slightly left in front of the University library "Carolina". After about 200 meters turn left at St Olofsgatan. Turn right and then left in the round about. You are now on St Johannesgatan. After about 250 meters you will find Hotell Muttern on your right hand side. By car from Gävle: ( Via E4 ) Turn right into second street (Svartbäcksgatan) in the first roundabout. Go on to the traffic lights at Luthagsleden. Turn right. Contitue through the third traffic light and turn left at the next crossing, Rackarbergsgatan. Drive up the hill and you will find the hotel on the left. From Enköping & Sala: 150 meters after ICA Väst (West), turn right to ”Centrum-Sjukhus” Pass 3 traffic lights and turn right onto Rackarbergsgatan. Drive up the hill and you will fund us on the left. From the Central Station and Arlanda buses by foot: Outside the main entrance – go straight forward on Bangårdsgatan to the river – turn right to the car bridge on Drottninggatan - turn left over the bridge and continue to the top of the hill – turn right on Övre Slottsgatan. After about 200 meters turn left at St Olofsgatan. Turn right and then left in the round about. You are now on St Johannesgatan. After about 250 meters you will find Hotell Muttern at your right hand side.
