Description:
Our hotel is a pleasant family owned firstclass hotel with an enviornment from the turn of the century. All the rooms on the first and second floor went through a renovation in 2004, and we are now in january 2005, renovating floor three and four. There is also a library, in English style and a unique sauna inspired by the Westcoast. We have excellent conference possibilities for up to 40 people. The hotel lies in a quiet area about two km from the city centre. We have a wellknowned restaurant in a original cellar-enviornment. Our guests has free parking on our parking-place.

Facilities:
The hotel has 42 charming rooms of different size and looks. There is 12 single rooms and 30 grandlit/double rooms divided on four floors. In all rooms there is Wc/shower, minibar, writing desk, TV with filmchannels and telephone with ISDN connection. In some rooms there is also a balcony.

Location:
From Oslo (E6) and Karlstad (RV 40) Go towards E20 STOCKHOLM. About 400 meters (about 1/4 mile) after leaving the E20 on-ramp and going under the railway bridge, use the exit that says "OLSKROKEN". After leaving the freeway, go straight for one block and then turn left. Tidblom´s Hotel is the old building at the foot of the hill. From Stockholm (E20) About 600 meters (1/2 mile) after the speed limit sign that says 70 by Ånäsmotet: Exit and go towards OLSKROKEN-GAMLESTADSTORGET. Then go left, back under the bridge and follow signs to OLSKROKEN-REDBERGSPLATSEN. Keep in the lane with the hotel symbol. Cross the streetcar tracks and go uphill to the first stoplight. At stoplight take a right onto the street called Falkgatan. Go Falkgatan all the way to the end and then go left down the hill. At the bottom of the hill make a right and the hotel is on your right hand side. From the Central Station (Drottningtorget) Take streetcar number 1 (to Östra Sjukhuset), 3 (to Kålltorp) or 6 (to Kortedala). These streetcars depart from the stop closest to the canal. Get off at "Olskrokstorget" which is the 3rd stop after the Central Station. Walk across the streetcar tracks and continue past the small red houses that should be on your left and then down the pathway (called "Borgaregatan") between the apartment complexes for about 100 meters (300 feet). At the end of the pathway take a right and walk up "Olskroksgatan" for another 200 meters (600 feet) and the hotel should be right in front of you. From Malmö (E6) and Jönköping (RV 40) At "Olskroksmotet" the freeway divides into E20 STOCKHOLM and E6 OSLO. Follow E20 STOCKHOLM, go under the railway bridge and as you pass under the bridge you should be able to see a STATOIL gas station on your right. Move into the right lane and take the first exit to the right, saying "OLSKROKEN". After leaving the freeway, go straight for one block and then turn left. Tidblom´s Hotel is the old building at the foot of the hill.
